See you February 21 & 22 in Brussels airport!
At Hub'Air Aviation Academy, learning doesn't stop when the sun goes down!
Our students have just begun their “night flight” training, an essential step in their journey as airline pilots.
Why is this training crucial?
- Develop piloting skills in low-visibility conditions.
- Learn to orientate themselves using on-board instruments and light references.
- Gain extra confidence to fly safely.
Aboard our PA28-181s, they discover the sky from a whole new angle, illuminated by the lights of runways and cities.
A unique and unforgettable experience!
In November 2024, we took to the road as schoolchildren, leaving Avignon for Albi.
Four students, Ena, Nicolas, Marc, Pauline, all in visual flight phase (day VFR) passed the baton to each other at the controls of our two PA28 “F-GCMI” & “F-HUBC” under the supervision of Victor and Sébastien, Hub'Air instructors.
Stage 1 - November 13: LFMV (Avignon) - LFCM (Millau, refuelling) - LFLW (Aurillac, vertical passage) - LFCI (landing for the night)
Stage 2 - November 14: LFCI - LFDJ (Paniers, vertical passage) - LFMU (Béziers, vertical passage) - LFNG (Candillargues, refuelling) - LFMV (return home)
From preparation to application, each stage had its share of discoveries: arrival in Millau, landing in the middle of cars on the Albi circuit, last-minute preparations to reach Candillargues instead of Béziers.
The aim of these escapades is to open up the students' horizons, awaken their curiosity and develop their ability to make decisions and adapt.
